Ingredients
- 3,400 gr fully ham (cooked whole boneless)
- 230 ml jellied cranberry sauce
- 80 gr maple syrup
Preheat oven to 160ºC . In a small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce and maple syrup. Cook mixture over medium heat until sauce is smooth, whisking frequently. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer into thickest part of ham. Bake uncovered for 1.5 to 2 hours or until thermometer registers 60ºC . Liberally baste ham with glaze during the last 45 minutes of baking time. Makes 24 servings.
