Ingredients
- 2 eggs well (beaten)
- 500 gr flour
- 240 ml milk
- 200 gr sugar
- 36 gr shortening
- 18 gr baking powder
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr nutmeg
Cream shortening and sugar together, stir in well beaten eggs..Add dry ingredients alternataly with milk. Roll 1 cm thick and cut with round cutter, cut out center with small round cutter.....Fry in hot shortening (375 degrees) turn once.....
