Ingredients
- 4 sirloin lamb chops
- 240 ml wine (red)
- 16 ml stone mustard (ground)
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Rub both sides of chops with mustard. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with wine and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Rub again with mustard just before broiling or pan-frying to desired doneness.
