Ingredients
- 1 loaf vienna bread
- 900 gr beef (ground)
- 240 ml milk
- 160 gr quaker oats
- 20 gr onion soup mix
- 12 slices tomato leaf lettuce
- 6 slices process american cheese (sliced)
-cut in half Combine ground beef, oats, soup mix and milk thoroughly. Shape to form -10ºC lat patties. Place in broiler or over hot coals about 5 minutes. Turn and cook about 5 minutes longer. To serve, place a tomato slice, leaf of lettuce, half a cheese slice and a hamburger between 2 slices of Vienna bread. Reassemble loaf in bread basket.
