Ingredients
- 6 ears corn (fresh)
- 30 ml water
- 18 gr tomato paste
- 14 gr brown sugar
- 3 gr sesame seeds
- 1 gr cornstarch
Place all ingredients, except corn, into a pot. Whisk togetehr & bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat & simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Prepare grill. Husk corn & grill covered for 5 to 10 minutes. When almost done, baste with glaze two or three times. PER SERVING: 70 Cal.; 1g Prot.; 0.4g Fat; 15g Carb.; 6mg Sod.; 4g Fiber.
