Mariquita's Enchilada Red Chili Gravy

• 400 degree oven about
• 12 enchiladas
• 8 cascabel chilies
• 4 garlic (cloves)
• 1 tomato (roasted peeled)
• 1 salt to (taste)
• 240 ml water
• 120 ml vegetable oil
• 1 gr cumin (ground)
• some fry chilies in a little of the oil
