Potato Pie

• 4 carrots (diced)
• 3 potatoes chunks (cut into)
• 1 onion (diced)
• 1 head of broccoli florets (cut into)
• 1 green pepper (diced)
• 1 bunch collards
• 200 gr peas (frozen)
• 160 gr tomatoes (chopped fresh)
• 60 ml water
• 16 ml vegetable oil
