- 1/2 stick butter
- 450 gr beef (ground)
- 120 ml water

- 2 tomatoes (fresh)
- 1 bunch carrots
- 1 assorted spices in a cloth bag
- 1 in a pot combine meat
- 1,200 ml beef stock
- 900 gr stewing beef
- 290 gr irish potatoes
- 170 gr onions
