• 4 eggs (beaten)
• 375 gr chocolate chips
• 300 gr sugar
• 170 gr semi sweet chocolate chips melted
• 170 ml whipping cream
• 120 ml sour cream
• 18 gr mint cookies bottom (thin crushed into)
• 12 gr mints (thin crushed)
• 8 gr vanilla
