• 3 links spicy-sweet sausage
• 1 savoy cabbage
• 1 bunch tender scallions
• 240 gr rice (cooked)
• 26 gr parsley (chopped)
• 26 gr celery with (finely chopped)
• 16 ml vegetable oil
• some pepper to loosen cabbage core with paring knife
