Using ingredient pineapple sorbet
Pina Colada Pie
- 1/2 pineapple thinly
- 950 ml vanilla yogurt (frozen)
- 750 gr pineapple sorbet
- 240 ml sweetened cream of coconut
- 120 gr macadamia nuts (roasted)
- 60 gr sweetened coconut (shredded)
- 40 gr brown sugar
- 20 gr dark rum
- 8 gr butter melted (unsalted)
- 1 gr imitation coconut extract
