• 160 ml creamy peanut butter
• 80 ml applesauce
• 34 gr unpared apple (finely chopped red)
• 8 slices wheat bread (whole)
• 4 slices crisp bacon crumbled (cooked)
• 4 slices with fillin top with lettuce
