Oyster Soup

• 1 oysters including the liqu
• 1 scallion only (white)
• 350 ml milk
• 120 ml whipping cream
• 14 gr celery (minced)
• 12 gr butter (unsalted)
• 12 gr all purpose flour
• 2 gr ta ste nutmeg to aste toast points as an accompa niment (freshly grated)
• 1 gr salt additional (plus)
