Ingredients
- 1 bunch cilantro coarsely (fresh chopped)
- 8 ounces feta cheese crumbled
- 8 ounces bella sun tomatoes in oil coarsely (dried chopped)
- 4 ounces angel hair pasta (cooked)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil from tomatoes
Combine first 3 ingredients and set aside. Cook pasta according to directions and toss with the tomatoes, cilantro and feta cheese. Serve warm or cold.
