Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts with the bone
- 1 none
- 1 chicken in beer
- 2 cups regular beer
- 1 cup sweet dark beer
- 5 1/2 packages dry onion soup
Put chicken in pan. Stir soup and beers and pour over chicken. Bring to a boil. Turn down heat, cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through. If it starts drying out just add a little chicken broth or water. Serve with plain rice. Miriam
