Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 oatmeal
- 2 cups bananas
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/8 cup oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix everything in one bowl and stir it up.
In greased and floured bread pan, bake at 350 dgrees F for 50-60 minutes.
This is really better if left to sit overnight before eating, it's almost too moist to eat right away.
