Ingredients
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 2 cups sharp process cheese (grated)
- 2 cups long converted rice (cooked grain)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons onion (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
In bowl, combine all ingredients; stir well. Pour into greased Crock-Pot. Cov er and cook on Low for 7 to 9 hours or on High for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
