Ingredients
- 1 cheese
- 1 ounce low fat mozzarella (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon diet mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon celery (diced)
- 1 slice bread (whole grain)
1. Preheat broiler.
2. In small bowl combine tuna, celery, red onion, mayonnaise and mustard.
3. Add seasonings. Mix well.
4. Toast bread and spread with tuna mixture. Top with cheese. (If desired, cut into narrow slices and weave)
