Ingredients
- 10 hamburger buns split
- 2 1/2 lb beef (ground)
- 1/4 c sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp thyme (dried)
- 2 tsp parsley flakes (dried)
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 slice lettuce leaves tomato onion (optional sliced)
In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients; ad beef and mix gently. Shape into 10 patties. Grill, uncovered, over medium coals for 4-5 minutes on each side until meat is no longer pink. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato and onion if desired.
