- 2 bell pepper (yellow)

- 2 chiles (ground red)
- 1 lge onion

- 1 tomato
- 1 butternut
- 2,200 gr dutch oven over heat
- 1,800 gr shallow casserole
- 260 gr pork loin (boneless)
- 240 ml sour cream
- 240 ml beef broth
- 160 ml milk
- 150 gr kernel corn (whole)
- 130 gr bulk chorizo sausage
- 65 gr flour
- 60 gr cornmeal (yellow)
- 60 ml oil
- 40 gr ripe olives (sliced)
- 9 gr baking powder
- 2 gr baking soda
- 2 gr basil leaves (dried)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr cilantro leaves (dried)
Topping over meat mixture. Carefully spread to cover, sealing to edge of dish. Arrange reserved bell pepper slices on top. Bake until topping is golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with Fresh Tomato Salsa.
