Ingredients
- 1 1/2 snapper scaled (whole red)
- 1 salt black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 prepare a wood
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
Rub each fillet with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Grill for 7 minutes on each side or until cooked. Serve with Charred TomatoJalapeno Vinaigrette.
