Ingredients
- 2 green peppers in eighths (cut)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 lb beef (ground)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp margarine
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Mix ground beef, salt and pepper in bowl. Shape into 8 patties. Brown quickly on both sides in margarine in skillet. Remove patties to hole platter. Combine green peppers, garlic and soy sauce in skillet. Cook, stirring constantly for 2 to 3 minutes. Arrange on platter with patties. Serve with additional sauce.
