Ingredients
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 oz pkg semisweet chocolate morsels
- 3/8 cup butter melted
- 1/4 cup instant coffee granules
- 1/2 cup pecans (chopped)
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl, stir well. Combine sour cream, eggs and butter in a large bowl, stir well. Add flour mixture to sour cream mixture, stirring until blended. Stir in chocolate morsels and, if desired, pecans. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9x5x3 loaf pan. Bake ate 350� for 50 to 55 minutes or until top appears glazed and sides pull away from pan. Let cool in pan 10
