Ingredients
- 6 maraschino cherries
- 1 1/2 c whipping cream
- 1 1/2 c puffed raisins
- 1 c nuts (chopped)
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 slices bananas
Few grains salt Whip cream until stiff. Fold in sugar and salt. Divide in 2 portions. Combine bananas and raisins with 1/2 the cream. Pile lightly in baked individual pastry shells. Cover with remaining cream. Garnish with cherries and nuts. 20 servings. Mrs. Scott Curtis, Coal Hill, AR.
