Ingredients
- 6 maraschino cherries
- 350 ml whipping cream
- 250 gr puffed raisins
- 140 gr nuts (chopped)
- 100 gr sugar
- 2 slices bananas
Few grains salt Whip cream until stiff. Fold in sugar and salt. Divide in 2 portions. Combine bananas and raisins with half the cream. Pile lightly in baked individual pastry shells. Cover with remaining cream. Garnish with cherries and nuts. 20 servings. Mrs. Scott Curtis, Coal Hill, AR.
