Sauerbratin Meatballs

Ingredients

Make meatballs, brown in 2tsp. butter.Add 1 1/2cups water, 3tbsp. catsup,1 1/2tbsp. brown sugar,8peppercorns (tie in small bag)1bay leaf,1/2 tsp. salt, 9crumbled ginger snap cookies.Cover skillet,cook at low heat 1/2 to 3/4 hour. Serve over mashed potatoes. ----
