Ingredients

Peanut Sauce: Mix Peanut butter, a touch of Peanut Oil, Soy Sauce, and some crushed Red Pepper. Saute bok choy and bean sprouts in sesame oil. Add diced seafood and radicchio, saute and add salt and pepper to taste. Spread peanut sauce in tortilla shell. Remove seafood ingredients from heat and wrap all ingredients in tortilla shell.
