  • 120 ml water
  • 75 gr green (chopped)
  • 60 gr fat monterey jack cheese (shredded reduced)
  • 60 gr onion (chopped)
  • 55 gr calorie margarine (reduced)
  • 60 ml no salt added tomato juice
  • 32 gr all purpose flour
  • 18 gr cilantro (chopped fresh)
  • 1 gr salt
  • 1 gr salt
