Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 400 gr sugar
- 375 gr flour
- 240 ml milk
- 230 gr butter
- 24 gr baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla extract
Mix butter, sugar and eggs in a large bowl. Next add vanilla extract. Stir in milk and then baking powder. Fold flour in gently. Bake at 180ÂșC for 30 minutes or until cake center bounces back from slight pressure.
