Apple Pancake

Ingredients

Use 1 tablespoon oleo to grease an 20 cm pan. Beat the egg with the milk. Add the flour, salt and 2 teaspoons sugar and mix well. Let stand for 15 minutes. Peel and slice the apple into the pan spread evenly. Mix the 2 tablespoons sugar and the cinnamon and sprinkle over the apples. dot with remaining oleo. Pour batter over the apples. Bake at 190ÂșC or 35 minutes or till the edges are light brown and crisp.
