Ingredients
- 1 3/8 oat bran
- 1 apple
- 950 ml water
- 85 gr raisins
- 20 gr maple syrup
- 1 gr caraway seeds (ground)
- 1 gr cinnamon (ground)
In a 2 litre saucepan, bring the water and oat bran to a vigorous boil, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until thick. Remove from heat and stir in the raisins, apples, maple syrup, caraway, and cinnamon. Let stand 5 minutes. Spoon into bowls and serve with the milk.
