Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 250 gr flour
- 240 gr mini semi-sweet chocolate
- 200 gr sugar
- 150 gr masked ripe bananas
- 110 gr butter
- 60 gr walnuts (chopped)
- 5 gr baking powder
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr arm
Directions: Lightly greast the bottom only of a 9- quarter by 5- quarter by 2- 0.75 inch loaf pan. Set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except small chocolate chips and walnuts; blend well on medium speed. Stir in small chocolate chips and walnuts. Bake at 180ÂșC or 60 to 65 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely.
