Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 120 ml buttermilk milk
- 75 gr mashed ripe banana
- 80 ml vegetable oil
- 60 gr walnuts (chopped)
- 1 package snack cake mix
Preheat oven to 180ºC (175 degress C). Pour snack cake mix into an ungreased 8 or 23 cm square baking pan. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, beating with a fork to blend. Stir into snack cake mix until blended. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in preheated oven until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on a rack. Makes 9 servings. Place a paper doily on the hot cake, dust with powdered sugar, then remove the doily.
