Ingredients
- 21 salt and pepper
- 4 sauerkraut (fresh)
- 3 bottles good
- 2 bay leaves
- 525 gr bockwurst (fresh)
- 350 ml apple juice
- 3 gr caraway seeds (whole)
To serve: Mound sauerkraut on warm plates and top with steamed bockwurst and a big dollop of homemade Honey Beer Mustard.
