Ingredients
- 450 gr beef (ground)
- 65 gr braunschweiger sausage
- 60 ml dairy sour cream
- 5 gr onion
* Braunschweiger Sausage is also known as liver sausage. Because of the seasonings in the sausage, no additional seasonings are needed. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------Mix all the ingredients together. Shape mixture into 5 patties, each about 2 cm thick. Broil or grill the patties 10 cm from the heat, turning once, until the desired doneness is reached, about 10 to 15 minutes.
