Ingredients
- 2 eggs separately (beaten)
- 475 ml sour cream
- 250 gr flour
- 8 gr cornmeal (optional)
- 5 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
Mix beaten egg yolks with sour cream. Sift dry ingredients and combine with first mixture. Add stiffly beaten whites of eggs. Bake at once on hot waffle iron.
