Ingredients
- 9 pie shell
- 1 unbaked
- 600 gr peaches (sliced peeled fresh)
- 240 ml cream (heavy)
- 150 gr sugar
- 32 gr all purpose flour
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr nutmeg
Combine sugar, flour, salt, and nutmeg; add to peaches in bowl and toss lightly. Arrange in pie shell; pour heavy cream over peaches. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg if desired. Bake at 200ÂșC or 45 minutes or until set. Cool well before serving. Garnish with whip cream if desired. * Or use apples and cinnamon
