Ingredients
- 130 gr flour well sifted
- 120 ml milk
- 12 gr vegetable shortening
- 7 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening until mixture is of corn meal consistency. Add milk; mix lightly until soft dough is formed. Drop from teaspoon into boiling stew. Cover tightly; cook without removing cover for dozen minutes.
