Press leftover stuffing or mix into 23 cm pie plate or quiche dish to form cru st. Bake at 200ºC or 10 minutes. Combine meat and cheese. In another bow l, beat eggs, milk and pepper, sprinkle meat and cheese on baked crust. Pour eg g milk mixture on top layer. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in 350 degree oven, unti l center is set.
