Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 375 gr flour
- 230 gr butter
- 180 ml buttermilk
- 60 ml water
- 30 gr instant coffee
- 2 ml soda
- 1 gr salt
- 1 package butterscotch morsels
Melt together in double boiler butterscotch morsels, coffee, and water. Cream together butter and sugar and add to butterscotch mixture. Combine flour, soda, salt and add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk. Add eggs one at a time. Beat at medium speed. Bake in greased 12-cup, 25 cm Bundt pan at 180ºC or 55-60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing.
