Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion
- 450 gr potatoes (shredded)
- 160 gr zucchini (shredded)
- 130 gr carrots (shredded)
- 32 gr flour
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr rosemary (dried)
Canola oil Squeeze shredded vegetables dry. Blend with remaining ingredients. Fry in minimum amount of oil, 2 tbs per cake. Serve with sour cream and/or applesauce.
