Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 250 gr cake flour
- 240 ml milk
- 100 gr sugar
- 95 gr shortening
- 14 gr baking powder
- 2 gr salt
Cream shortening; add sugar and cream. Combine beaten eggs and milk and add alternately with dry ingredients to mixture. Turn into a greased and floured shallow pan and bake in hot oven (450 degrees) for 25 minutes. Cut in 5 cm squares and serve hot with butter. Makes about 24 pieces.
