Ingredients

Cream cheese Sweet pickled gherkins Lay ham on waxed paper to form a 7x8-inch rectangle. Spread with chive-and-onion flavored cream cheese. Lay a row of small, sweet pickled gherkins along short side. Roll ham tightly around pickles. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight. Slice diagonally into 3 cm pieces. Each roll makes 8 pieces.
