Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 pie crust
- 190 gr mild american cheese
- 120 gr swiss cheese
- 120 gr caraway seed cheese
- 120 ml sour cream
- 120 gr crumbled bacon
- 110 gr ham
- 90 gr onions
- 60 ml evaporated milk
- 45 gr butter
Melt butter in skillet; saute onions and ham until done. Place in bottom of unbaked pie crust. Mix cheese, milk, eggs, and sour cream and pour over onion and ham mixture. Bake at 180ÂșC or 30 minutes; garnish with crumbled bacon.
