Ingredients
- 1 loaf french bread
- 1 onion (diced)
- 450 gr beef (ground)
- 425 ml tomato sauce
- 1 package mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 package mozzarella cheese
Remove center of bread to make a boat shape. Brown ground beef; add sauce, mushrooms and onion. Simmer 2-3 minutes. Pour into bread and top with slices of cheese. Heat on baking sheet at 180ÂșC for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese melts. Slice to serve. Serves 5-6.
