Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 110 gr butter softened
- 110 gr sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 gr garlic salt
- 3 gr onion salt
- 16 slices bread (white)
Directions: In a mixer, blend cheese which has been grated and butter. Add eggs and salt. Whip until creamy. Spread mixture on slice of bread, place another slice of bread on top and spread it with cheese mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Cut into halves. Bake 10 � 15 minutes in a 400� oven. These may be frozen and baked as needed .
