Ingredients
- 2 ovaltine
- 120 gr self rising flour
- 80 gr golden raisins
- 60 ml milk
- 28 gr brown sugar
- 16 ml dark molasses
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Put all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Pour mixture into a greased and floured 9 x 5 x 8 cm loaf pan. Bake for approximately 70 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean. Remove from the pan. Cool thoroughly before slicing.
