Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 cilantro (fresh)
- 450 gr beef (ground)
- 260 gr pork (ground)
- 120 ml milk
- 55 gr dry bread crumbs
- 16 gr onion
- 6 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
* See Sowest -20ºC or recipe. Prepare Chipotle Sauce and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients together and shape into 4 cm meatballs. Heat sauce and meatballs to boiling; then reduce the heat. Cover and simmer until meatballs are done, about 20 minutes. Serve with hot cooked rice or noodles, if desired.
