Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 240 gr ricotta cheese
- 140 gr peppers (red)
- 85 gr mushrooms
- 30 ml oil
- 1 package spinace
Salt and pepper Saute the mushrooms and red peppers. Cool. Blend all ingredients together. Pour into a buttered 13x9 pan. Bake at 180ºC for 40 minutes.
