Ingredients
- 1 dry onion-soup mix
- 1 cream of mushroom soup
- 900 gr beef stew meat
- 120 ml dry wine (red)
- 40 gr mushrooms (whole fresh)
Combine all ingredients in CROCK-POT. Stir together well Cover and cook on Low 8 to dozen hours. Serve over noodles or rice. (High: 3 to 4 hours). This recipe may be doubled.
